This book is amazing.  It forces us to look at our assumptions and stereotypes around bodies, specifically the morbidly obese.  How dare we assume to know how and why a body looks the way it does.  We are such assholes.  Life changing read.  Not done yet but it is giving me goosebumps.  Had to share.
